Maria’s interest in baking began when studying French cooking in her early 20’s. Inspired by his traditional yet timeless French cuisine, she studied the intricacies of Jacques Pèpin’s elegant styles of creating “good food taken in good company”. She experimented with different ingredients while cooking as a private chef, and when she combined the pair of tart lemon and herbal lavender flavors together, it became an instant success. She began baking these cookies for the french family that she worked for at the time, which became one of their favorite recipes of hers and later incorporating them in many different occasions such as birthdays, tea parties, and desert spreads at various social gatherings and events!

Small Box ($30) Large Box ($40)
Either 6 mini cookies or 5 Large cookies. Either 12 mini cookies or 10 large cookies
Each batch is made the same size, the difference in size of the cookies is designed to offer our customers the ability to select the cookie sizes based on the intent for their purchase.
Ex: A small box is made exactly the same with either 6 mini cookies or 5 large cookies, the only difference is the size they are made before being placed in the oven!
