Private Chef and Founder of Global to District Catering

Developing her passion for food at a young age, Maria has has been studying the culinary art for over 30 years. While living around different parts of Europe for the majority of her young adult life, she perfected cooking styles from many regions. When moving to America in her early 20’s, she started to venture into Asian, South American and North American cuisine. With such an extensive background of working in restaurants as a chef, mastering her own recipes and culinary research, she decided to begin her career as a private chef.

Working with employers from many different backgrounds she was able to prove her abilities when catering for corporate events, private dinners and larger celebratory events.
